Compatibility
Designed for the Raspberry Pi 5. Fully backward-compatible with the Raspberry Pi 4 and other 5 V USB-C devices (operates at 5 V / 3 A when 5 A PD mode is not requested).
Note: When connected to the Raspberry Pi 5, the adapter automatically negotiates the 5.1 V / 5 A profile. Higher PD voltages (9 V, 12 V) are supported for other PD-compliant devices but are not used by the Pi 5.
