Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders placed by 7:00 PM CT typically ship the next day. During high-demand sale events, please allow up to 48 additional business hours for processing.

We ship Monday–Friday, with small packages also shipping via USPS/UPS/FedEx on.

Q: How long does free shipping take?

A: Free shipping delivery times vary:

  • East Coast: Approximately 4-6 business days
  • Midwest: Approximately 2-5 business days
  • West Coast Approximately 4-6 business days
  • Rural Areas: Add to 2 business days

All orders ship from our warehouse in New Jersey.

Q: When will I receive my tracking number?

A: Your tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships. You’ll also receive a separate email when your package is delivered.

Q: My tracking number hasn’t updated in a few days. What’s happening?

A: While most orders arrive within 4–10 days, USPS shipments may take up to 3 weeks due to carrier delays. If your package has not arrived after 18 business days, we will initiate an inquiry with the carrier.

Q: My tracking shows ‘Delivered,’ but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

A: Carriers may sometimes mark packages as "Delivered" prematurely. Please allow 1–2 days for the package to arrive. If it still hasn’t arrived:

  • Contact your local post office, as they may be holding it.
  • If you suspect theft, please report the issue to the carrier and local authorities.

Note: We are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: Reply to your order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order to request a cancellation.

Q: Do you ship to Internationally?

A: We do not ship outside of USA at this time.  In the future we may work with in region partners.

Q: Do you ship to hotels?

A: No, we do not ship to hotels due to a high rate of lost, stolen, or mishandled packages.
